Return Policy
Discretionary Returns
Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt as long as written notification is given within 7 days of delivery. A refund of the original purchase price will be provided minus the the cost of shipping, insurance, and a $6.99 handling fee.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for reimbursement of all damages.
Item Arrived Damaged
While we strive to cushion all products as much as possible, due to the fragile nature of the protective glass encasing the artwork, sometimes items inevitably arrives damaged. In such situations, an indemnity claim may be filed with the U.S. Postal Service at your nearest Post Office Location or online at the USPS Claims webpage to cover the replacement cost of the frame.
Cancellations
Cancellations can be made via written notification up until the time the item has shipped. Please contact us to confirm any cancellations.
